Senior Night Gift Baskets

We are asking for donations for our Senior Night Gift Baskets. It is a tradition at Friendship to celebrate our graduates and shower them with baskets of gifts. If you are willing to donate, please make sure to bring something for every senior (11 total); we don't want anyone to be left out. Several of you can pitch in together on gifts if you'd like. If you have a special senior friend, please give them additional gifts in private. Some examples of items that you can donate are gift cards, books, stationary, candy, and things that they can use for college. Please bring your gifts by Wednesday, May 16th, and give to Priscilla Jones or Theresa Samuels.

El Salvador Missions Fund

We have established an El Salvador Missions Fund here at Friendship. We hope to help the Alexander family raise money for a truck ($2500) for one of the ministers in El Salvador, who picks up the neighborhood children and takes them to church. The terrain is very difficult for drivers. If you would like to contribute, you can put a check in the offering plate to Friendship CofC, and write “El Salvador Missions” on the memo line. Parents—we will also have decorated jars in the Sunday School classrooms if your children want to contribute their change!
